Pricing & Licensing

• Standard Version : £200 plus VAT
  The Standard Version supports the accounts of a single company. This is a first year charge. The price of Solutions Plus Standard is reduced to only £50 annually thereafter if you wish to continue receiving product upgrades and support.
   
• Bureau Version : £500 plus VAT
  The Bureau Version supports the accounts of multiple companies. This is a first year charge. The price of Soltuions Plus Bureau is reduced to only £200 annually thereafter if you wish to continue receiving product upgrades and support.

Solutions Plus can be used for to record 100 accounting entries free of charge, after which an unlock code is required for further use. You can therefore ensure that you are entirely satisfied with the product before committing to a purchase.

• Revenue menus - automatically converts accounts to Revenue menus
• VAT rates are embedded and linked to nominal headings (though user can opt for a non default rate) - old VAT rates are linked to transaction dates
• The software learns (e.g. payees matched to nominal headings) and involves minimal keyboard entry
• File structures are kept basic for stability
• Data files zip to an extremely small size allowing for ease of backup, email etc.
• Period end processing is not required. Cut off is user friendly.
• Invoice/Statement stationery is not required - can include logo or watermark.
• Allows for import and export of audit journals enabling accountant and client to continue processing independently
• VAT periods can be 'closed off'
• Facilitates VAT on cash accounting basis
